Fleecelady.com utilizes the latest security technology to protect your personal information. All credit card information you submit to us is securely encrypted using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.  Since we are an internet business and do not have the ability to physically swipe your credit card, phone orders are input using the internet the same exact way you'd order online. It's no safer or faster.  Phone ordering may even delay your shipment longer..Phone orders are input at the end of the day. Phone order items may be out of stock  by the time your order is actually input to our system.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 - 5 full business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Orders placed on weekends are considered as Monday orders. Transit time will add an additional 1 - 7 business days.  We make every effort to get your order processed as quickly as possible. During peak polar fleece season, (Oct-Feb) processing time may fluctuate dependent on volume of orders received. The Fleece Lady cannot control transit time delays by Ground Carriers or the U.S. Post Office. For mail order timeframe, please scroll further down on this page.

USA CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE CALIFORNIA: Your order (up to 6 yds) ships by * to a physical USA address for a flat fee of $9.95.

Additional yards (over 6 yds) ordered will be billed and included on your invoice at .95 additional per yard for shipping. Your order must ship to a physical residential/business address within the Continental US. (Not valid for Alaska or Hawaii, APO, FPO or P O Box and some RR/CR addresses. Not valid for ROT goods or single cuts of 7 yards or more)

 CUSTOMERS WITHIN CALIFORNIA: Your order (up to 16 yards) ships by * to a physical California address for a flat fee of $9.95.


CUSTOMERS WITH addresses in Hawaii or Alaska, P O Box,APO or FPO : Your order (up to 3 yards) ships Priority Mail in a poly bag for a flat fee of $9.95. Orders over 3 yards are charged actual Priority Mail shipping, plus a $2.95 handling fee. Placing an order on this website acknowledges these terms. Shipping will manually be adjusted once the order is completed. The correct shipping will not be reflected on your order form at the time your order is placed. Shipping will be higher. Shipments to foreign countries, Currently we only ship to USA addresses. International shipping can add as much as US$12 per yard; making world-wide shipping cost prohibitive.

If you pay by Visa or MasterCard, we can ship to any residential/business Continental US address you choose. If you pay by Paypal we will ship to your confirmed Paypal address only.

1. The longest length available on cut goods as one continuous piece is a 6 yard cut. Ordering a length longer than 6 yards may require additional shipping due to the dimensional weight of the entire order.
   
2. Not valid for ROT/bolt goods, or orders exceeding a total quantity of 20 yards. Orders over 20 yards total may require additional shipping due to the dimensional size/weight of the entire order.

Fleecelady.com website is designed to be used by persons age 18 and older. Use of this website warrants you are 18 years of age or older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, you are not authorized to use our online order process.  Our regular business hours (we are in California) are Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Pacific Time. 

Fabric is cut as one continuous piece (up to 6 yds) unless requested to cut in 2 yard lengths.  Use the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS area of the order form for this request. Sorry, we do not cut partial yards (ie. 1-1/2 yds, 2-3/4 yds, etc.) The longest length available as one continuous piece is a 6 yard cut. Fleece fabric is bulky and packs best in shorter lengths. If you order 4-6 yards of the same fleece fabric, we encourage you to have us cut the fabric into shorter lengths. For flannel fabric or quilting cotton fabric, we suggest cutting into shorter lengths to minimize wrinkles.

Please note dye lots, especially on solid fleece colors, vary from time to time. The shade you receive in a future order may vary from your initial order. Some images are stock photos directly from supplier catalogs and may differ from actual color of fabric shipped.

Fabrics on this website are not intended for use in Children's sleepwear or robes in sizes 14 and under. Flammable - does not meet standard for the flammability of Children's sleepwear DOCFF 5-74 and US Dept. of Comm. Std DOCFF 3-71. Should not be worn near sources of fire. Licensed designs are for home use only.  Usuable width of all fabrics is 2" less (to account for selvage) than width stated on each webpage.

Once your order has been placed, if you have created an account prior to placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and the detail of specific items ordered. Please review the 'bill to' and 'ship to' information on the order confirmation. If there is an error in the "bill to" or "ship to" information you typed on your order, we must be notified within 1 business day via email with your updated shipping information. Simply send us an email and include the correct information and your daytime phone number. We are not responsible for misdirected shipments or for any additional / return shipping charges.

Fleecelady.com will only accept returns:

1. If the product is in its original condition; uncut, unsewn & unwashed.
2. Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
3. With a valid return authorization number (RA) written on the OUTSIDE of the package.
4. Special orders and package deals are not returnable.
5. All returned orders must include the original (or copy) packing slip and be shipped postage prepaid.

Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned orders. Shipping/handling is non-refundable. We suggest you send your return with a USPS Delivery Confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost items.

We accept Visa**, MasterCard**, or PayPal through our online store. Please note if you are using a debit card, the amount of your order is immediately deducted as a pending transaction from your checking account. If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information online, we have no alternative method to process your order.  Calling over the phone is the same as placing an order online. We would input your credit card information over the internet just as you would do using our online store.  Ordering online saves time and takes your items out of inventory once your credit card is processed.   **Credit card must be issued by a bank in the USA.  Mail orders are not accepted.

Fleecelady.com has a minimum order of 2 yards per fleece fabric print/solid fleece and is sold by the full yard only. Flurr,cuddle bubble, flannel, quilting cotton and some premium fleece fabric have a 1 yard minimum.

Transit time will add an additional 2 - 6 business days. Most orders are received within 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. We make every effort to get your order processed as quickly as possible. During peak polar fleece season, (Oct-Feb) processing time may fluctuate dependent on volume of orders received.

Each yard of fabric, whether it is solid fleece, printed polar fleece, flannel, cuddle bubble, flurr, or quilting cotton, is cut directly off a large 50-65 yard roll. The Fleece Lady typically doesn't purchase material on a flat folded bolt as you see in a traditional retail fabric store. We purchase fabric wholesale; then pass the savings on to you. All fabric is cut, folded and packaged in the order it was received.

We physically stock what we sell in our warehouse. We update our inventory to reflect orders in process. However, there may be times where orders exceed stock. Fabrics are subject to prior sale or limited quantities. If fabric is out of stock, we will email you and that portion of your order will be canceled. Our shopping cart does not allow you to order an item which is marked "out of stock." We do not substitute an item without your consent unless special instructions were indicated on your order .
